1. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our T&C.

2. Products are pre-order based (live shopping) unless otherwise stated. We will proceed to restock with supplier as soon as order is confirmed but availability is not guaranteed (subject to supplier’s availability and after quality check of products after shipment arrive in our warehouse). 

3. Orders are only confirmed upon full payment. We reserve the right to reject or cancel suspicious or incomplete orders. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate order details (Correct codes / colors) during placing order.

4. Once an order is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, or changes are allowed unless in the event of product out of stock. Kindly provide IG username & Whatsapp number during account creation so we could inform to change to other item / color if possible. 

5. If any item in the order is out of stock / no replacement item could be selected / the customer chooses not to replace item and the updated total no longer meets the promotion requirements (e.g. free shipping or discounts), any affected promotions will be removed.

6. We try our best to present products as accurately as possible. However:

•    Colors may vary due to lighting and screen of different devices

•    Measurements may have a tolerance of ±1–3cm 

•    Minor imperfections may occur due to manufacturing (Eg. Small stains that smaller than 2cm / Loose thread / Imperfect seam etc.)

These small imperfections will not considered defects.

7. Postage Charge are as below:

West Malaysia: RM8 flat rate (Free postage for order reaches RM188 & above)

East Malaysia: RM16 (For 5 items), +RM1 for every additional item

Singapore: RM30 (For 5 items), +RM1 for every additional item

8. "Pick Up" option during check out is strictly for combine order purpose only. We will calculate and update the total amount of the order's postage after the pre-order batch ends.

If your order is entitled for free shipping, we will refund the postage charge paid via bank transfer or store credits. 

If your order needs extra postage charge, we will inform you to pay the remaining balance to complete the order.

9. All pre-order items will be shipped around 14 working days after a pre-order batch ends. Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a guideline only. There might be delays that out of our control due to customs clearance, Courier or logistics issues, supplier delays and etc. Such delays shall not be grounds for cancellation or refund. We do not provide combine orders for different batches, all parcels will be shipped once they are ready.

10. Tracking number will be notified when parcels are ready to be sent. Customers must ensure correct shipping details and availability to receive parcels. After parcels are sent from our warehouse, we are not liable for losses or extra costs for re-delivery due to incorrect information failed delivery attempts / or parcel lost issues. In the case of incorrect status of delivery (Eg: Not received but shows delivered), customers need to inform us within 48 hours from the date/time of the status being updated to manage the issue. 

11. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
